Currently serving as an Assistant Professor in the Advanced Studies, Leadership & Policy program at Morgan State University, he has held senior leadership roles in academic affairs, student affairs, enrollment management, institutional advancement, and grant administration throughout his career. Dr. Tention earned degrees from Nicholls State University, Liberty University, and Trident University, and has authored publications, presented nationally, and served on various professional and advisory boards. As a speaker and mentor, he is passionate about helping individuals unlock their potential, strengthen their leadership capacity, and achieve meaningful success.
